Do you do custom artwork?YES. If you have looked over the artwork gallery and don’t see a design you like I offer custom artwork at no additional charge. Some order conditions do apply but we will be happy to review your design and discuss your options. Please email customercare@harpographics.com for further information.

What is the minimum order?If you're looking for an order to be screen printed, the minimum amount needed is 10 pieces of the same design. Additional price discounts on a screen print order take place with a minimum of 24 items ordered. If you have a larger order, please email customercare@harpographics.com for pricing. All orders with less than 10 will be assembled with a heat transfer vinyl.

What is the usual turnaround time?With standard turnaround orders will ship out between 10-14 business days. I always try to work with my customers and their needs. If items are already in stock, they will ship out a lot sooner. When I have to place an apparel order with a vendor, timing can become a little trickier, but I still aim for that 2 week mark on custom orders.

Can I change a design I like to a different sport?You bet your bottom dollar. All artwork can be customized with your school name, sport, state, ink colors etc.

Do you carry youth sizes?YES!! Since the majority of my custom orders are made with vinyl, I'm able to easily adjust the size design to fit the apparel. If you see an item listed in my store and there isn't a youth, toddler, infant size offered for purchasing, simply email customercare@harpographics.com for further assistance!

What if I need a rush order?Email customercare@harpographics.com and let me know in the subject line that you have a RUSH ORDER!! Depending on the current work load I will see what kind of magic I can work!

How should I wash my items?While each item has specific instructions under the description of the item, as a general rule, I recommend washing each shirt inside out in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low/delicate heat. Do not iron decoration. Also, please avoid liquid fabric softener. We have found that it can loosen vinyl away from the garment.

Can I return my order?Hank & Scoot items are available for exchanges. All custom orders are made to order soon after your order is placed. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges due to the low probability of being able to resale your item. If you receive the wrong order or if your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact me at customercare@harpographics.com so I can be certain you receive exactly what you ordered!
